Each quart of Concord Grape Juice Concentrate makes 1 1/2 gallons (6 quarts) of reconstituted Grape Juice. To serve, simply mix 1 part grape juice concentrate with 5 parts water. To help preserve flavor and nutritional value, our Concord Grape Concentrates are flash-pasteurized and exposed to extreme heat for only a short period of time. Our unique process reflects the uniqueness of the grape, so each batch may vary in color and texture.
