My name is Ken Shepley, I live about two miles from the FruitFast fulfillment center with my wife Erin and our 3 -year-old son Thomas.

I’ve been at FruitFast for about four years and what a journey it has been! From what I can see, there is much truth in the old adage, “The more that things change, the more they stay the same.” Change does not begin to describe the growth that the company has gone through and all for the better, I might add.

As a vegetarian, my interests include health foods, supplements and research on new healing compounds and breakthroughs in the world of nutraceuticals.
