Completely worth the money. I primarily purchased this to aid in burning belly fat. Fresh raspberries are hard to come by. Anyone that knows anything about fitness and nutrition will tell you that raspberries....avocados some of the best fruits for targeting those fatty cells. I took 2 tablespoons and mixed it with 8 oz.
